About

Two partners. One mission. No shortcuts.

Racha Partners was built on a simple premise: the best advisory comes from people who have actually done the work — and who remain accountable for it throughout.

Why We Started Racha Partners

After decades of leading transformation programmes at global enterprises — across strategy, technology, operations, and change — we kept observing the same pattern: advisory engagements that produced excellent decks and insufficient outcomes.

The gap was not in analytical capability. It was in accountability. Large advisory firms design, recommend, and hand off. The people who pitched the engagement move on to the next one. The client is left to execute against a strategy they did not build, with an implementation partner who was not part of the design process.

We built Racha Partners to close that gap. Two founding partners — one with deep strategy and industrial transformation experience, one with deep technology and financial services experience — working together on engagements where both disciplines are required. And where we stay accountable to the outcome, not just the deliverable.

We work with mid-market organizations because that is where the advisory gap is most acute and the impact most direct. We are intentionally small — which means faster decisions, no internal politics, and a founding partner present in every meeting, every review, and every critical moment.

The advisors you meet are the advisors who deliver.

Why Racha Partners

There is no shortage of consulting firms. There is a real shortage of advisory firms where the people who pitch the engagement are the people who deliver it — and where those people have actually led the transformations they are advising on.

We work with mid-market organizations because that is where the advisory gap is most acute and the impact is most direct. Our clients are not looking for a big firm's brand on the cover of a deck. They are looking for experienced advisors who will engage directly, speak honestly, and stay accountable to outcomes.

We are intentionally small — which means faster decisions, no internal politics, and a founding partner present in every meeting, every review, and every critical moment of your transformation. If that is what you are looking for, we should talk.

Partners in every engagement

No handoff to junior delivery teams. A founding partner leads every client engagement from first call to final outcome.

Genuine practitioner experience

45+ years of combined experience leading programmes — not studying them. Our advice is grounded in decisions we have made and programmes we have owned.

Platform-agnostic and vendor-independent

No partnership agreements, no platform preferences, no vendor incentives. Our recommendations are based entirely on what is right for your situation.

Honest about fit

If we are not the right partner for your situation, we will tell you — and point you toward someone who is. We build relationships on that honesty.
